Refund Policy

At MasterProcess, we strive to deliver high-quality translation services and ensure our clients are satisfied with the results. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted.


Refund Eligibility

Because translation services involve time and professional work, refunds may only be issued in certain situations. Refunds may be considered if:

  • The project has not yet started.

  • The delivered service is significantly different from what was agreed upon.

  • A technical or service error occurred on our side.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Revision Policy

If you are not satisfied with your translation, we recommend requesting a revision first. Our team will review your feedback and make the necessary adjustments to ensure the translation meets the agreed standards and requirements.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:

  • The translation project has been fully completed and delivered.

  • The client changes project requirements after the work has started.

  • A refund request is made after a significant portion of the work has already been completed.


Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your translation. Include details about the issue so our team can review your request promptly.
